While working for the company I witnessed three different store managers either being fired or transferred to other stores due to involvement with employees. Very high school-like work environment, from the courtesy clerks all the way up to management. The more you advance the more work you have to do but you’re only making like 80 cents more than the courtesy clerks. Promotions are fast if you’re a good worker, but the pay is only a few cents in difference. After a year of being there though, you’ll definitely outgrow it.
